Founded in 1981, Coordinated Services Management, Inc. (CSM) was created to offer professional management services to nonprofit, faith-based, community-based and for-profit retirement communities in the D.C. Metro area, Virginia and the Carolinas.

To those of you who may be concerned about Coordinated Services Management’s (CSM) stability in today’s challenging economy, rest assured that we are strong, stable and financially sound.   CSM is able to withstand even the most difficult financial conditions.   All CSM properties have cash reserves in government guaranteed accounts and we continue to grow.   Effective December 1, CSM signed a five year contract to manage a Fairfax County owned assisted living property and two Episcopal Church sponsored subsidized elderly communities.  

CSM and the owners of the properties it manages are well positioned for the future and remain committed to a common goal; to provide the highest quality care and services for the residents.
